Where has all time gotten too!! So much has happened since that warm day at the Blueberry Festival last fall!!....Shortly after that time my sister Lori came home from Florida and with our husbands blessings we started to endeavor in setting up a quilt shop in her town in Southern Ohio..we live in Northern Indiana...long story! but we had a good 2 months in the old building that we partially remodeled...we had over 500 people come through...but God led us in other directions....and we made the hard decisions to close after such a short time...we are trying different ways to quilt with others..my sister is teaching in her home..her classes are growing...I am setting up our cabin to entertain the idea of the shop being here and offering retreats of all kinds....quilting, scrap booking, Dear Jane, whatever a womans' group would want...even a gyro group if my husband forms one! .. anyways!! our grandchildren are growing..all are busy in different areas of life changes!!..some even teenagers now!..and some babies!...God took two babies home this past year also that my daughter Leah and daughter-in-law Mindy had grown already to love and adore...yes, very sad...and we are still trying to accept it too....we do feel their loss....we pray that if God allows other babies that they would be surely blessed...My husband never ceases to amaze me with his love and compassion..I love him with every beat of my heart!..He worked nights in southern Ohio so we could try the quilt shop out in a nearby ER..now he has found a position again in Northern Indiana as a night supervisor and I am so proud of him..he will be wonderful as a helpful RN...he is already trying to suggest that I could do some prn OB nursing there too..."he would put a good word in for me!" haha.....so! life changes doesn't it! I am always amazed at how God works....I will try to be more faithful to this blog...I have gotten carried away with my quilting blog and web site for quilting...God Bless You!!!!! Kari
